DELIVERY & RETURNS

Once payment is received we aim to ship your package 1 business day after. We use Royal Mail to send domestic and international orders.  You will receive a tracking number by email when your order leaves our distribution centre (in the event you don't receive a tracking number please send us an email so we can check this for you). Please note that customer signatures are required for deliveries (except for Australia, packages sent to Australia will be sent with just tracking).

Please note that if you are ordering for international delivery we can’t be responsible for delays caused by customs.  You will be responsible for the payment of import duties and taxes of your order.

EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY

Unworn items can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of purchase.  

Returns will only be accepted if merchandise is in original condition accompanied by all original tags. 

The cost of shipping for returns is not included.



HOW TO MAKE A RETURN


We offer a 21 day returns policy. 

Making a return with us is easy.  You have 21 days from the date of purchase to notify us by writing an email to us at ivincia@ivincia.co and to send us the item you wish to return. 

In your email please include your order number and reason for return. We will then contact you confirming the address to send your return item to.

We recommend using a courier for returns as we cannot be held responsible for anything damaged or lost in transit. For any questions please email us at hello@ivincia.com
